The pictures and video were a few years before the pageant and shouldn't have even been brought up.

The suit should proceed and an added charge of bribery should be added to the pageant officials.

Also, since she was seventeen on the tape she wasn't of legal age.
The pageant officials are in possession of an illegal tape.

The lawsuit needs to go forward.

I think it's good that she gave her honest answer on her feelings about gay marriage, rather than lie to win over the judges or be politically correct. What she said is what even some gay people believe. But I think it's bad that she apparently lied multiple times about the types of photos and videos that she'd posed for in the past. A lot of people may have wanted to bouce her out because of her gay marriage answer. But I don't see how they could have (legally) done that, if not for her lying on her application. She gave her detractors the ammo they needed to sack her. Not a bright girl at all. And while the Evangelicals were all up in her stuff a few months ago, making a solo video gettin' her ya-ya's with a dildo, probably means that she won't be invited to Liberty University for a prayer breakfast anytime soon.

But maybe she'll do a girl/girl set with that other confused beauty queen dufus, from the Miss Teen South Carolina pagent.

I was lucky (or unlucky) enough to see that last night. When she started out with "my hero is Sarah Palin"... I knew it was going to be good. And she didn't disappoint. Yeah, I just saw excerpts from that and almost any respect I had for her is completely out the window. She's trying to play the victim in everything that has happened to her, I think she kind of was at the beginning with the question but then after that, she brought everything on herself. Do you have a link to something showing that either:

1) this guy didn't meet her for the first time in 2007, as he claimed, but sometime earlier?

or

2) she wasn't actually born in 1987, but sometime later?

If not, then it looks like Tweety Bird really was 20, and that's the fact that ran up behind her and assfucked her into taking her free boobjob and just forgetting about this lawsuit.
