Didn't she get killed during Operation Iraqi Freedom?

As the story goes, she and her team were the first ones in and their job was to survey the surroundings prior to the first major strike, reporting back major troop movements and the like. The problem being she and her team were assassinated while either bed ridden or toilet bound after eating some bad dates by a group of dissident Albanian ninja's on Saddam's pay roll.

I guess this should have been the first warning sign to the Bush administration that things weren't going to go as planned.
