I definitely would question the whole STD thing. That doesn't seem like enough proof of anything.
That said, I have always wondered why so many hardcore performers bother with condoms, only to have the guy blow his load all over their face and in their mouth. I'm not sure a lot of people in the hardcore industry have a full understanding of how STD's are transmitted.
