Not necessarily; she's slimmed down before, so she can do it.
She's probably got the body type that picks up weight once in a while, but is otherwise slim as long as she works at it.

Right now, she is hot as hell, and that's all I care about. I say her ass and legs look even better with the extra cushion.
 
i agree that she looks amazing with the extra weight. i find it really hard to find models with a little softness that still have a narrow waist and good hips and chest. i love how carmella looks now. i would love to have a woman like that! i don't think i would ever be able to get enough
