Do you have proof for Carmella having had a titty job, because I don't see any physical evidence of that?

I think the "after" pictures that have been posted only show evidence of a bad day. Doesn't look to me like she gained any weight at all. It's probably a matter of perception. She just looks different from one angle, and how the picture was taken likely has a lot to do with your view of her having gained weight.

Either way, Carmella Bing fans won't complain about the Queen of The Bing Dynasty. Once she's done with performing, she should start a porn production company called The Bing Dynasty (such a cool name).
 
I was just watching Big Fucking Titties 2 (scene 1) (this DVD was released done in mid-2006), and it looks like Carmella may have had a titty job, though it must have been a very good one.

This interview (scroll down) seems to indicate that she had implants to get her size back after she had previously lost weight. It's all I could find.

You're completely right. In at least one video I've seen recently, she claimed to be all natural. I would normally not call her the B word, but she's a bitch. She just lies about it like that.

By the way, she doesn't imply that she's had implants, she says it outright:
