Your account is activated already, you have to have 5 posts to see your posts / threads right away, before you have those they need to be approved by a mod.

Your account is activated but your first 5 posts are moderated so whatever you post will not be visible right away until someone approves it.

Can you email webmaster@freeones.com with the problem and also give some more information?
Like what browser are you using, is it updated to the latest version.
Are you on a PC, Mac, mobile device

I checked your account and could see the "post new thread" button just fine.
I also noticed you actually created a new thread about half an hour after your quoted post so I assume you finally found the button?
