Can't sign up to MyFreeOnes.com

Hi

I'm having a problem signing up as blinddog in the MyFreeOnes.com section. I input all the info but it says:-

"The email address you entered isn't valid: no such user "

but this is my email address, If someone could help me I would really appreciate it.
