cant login and problem reg for freeones 2012 please help urgent

frist problem is when i login it say redirecting etc that ive logged in then resets within 10 secs to please loggin????

also ive reg for miss freeones 2012 but not had confrmation and have no idea if its been done i dont want to miss out so please help
