What's in your pantry? We all know fresh is best, but there's some shit we've gotta have stocked. I ain't putting on my jacket to find fresh tomatoes and herbs whenever I'm looking to boil up pasta. I love making my own soups but they can only last so long. Crack open a can of chunky and in two minutes my belly is full.

What's in your cans? Is it beans or Dinty Moore? Share. There are no wrong answers here.

Bean with Bacon soup, gotta be Campbells though

I keep tomato sauces and pastes as a staple. I also have different beans in there. Black and kidney especially. Oh, and always enchilada sauces. Those cravings kick in fast.

Kidney beans, tuna, cans of chopped tomato, tomato paste, corn, mushrooms, beef/chicken stock and olives mostly.

All of the above, plus some Manwich, and chick peas. I also probably have some tomato puree, because I use that in my red sauce.

A cabinet well stocked in canned goods will get you through just about any stretch. For my keto/low-carb diet I keep plenty of sardines, tuna fish, anchovies, canned chicken, Vienna sausages, la costena jalapeno peppers, beef and chicken stock, and green beans on hand.
