Canada's economy is suddenly the envy of the world

I've heard different stories on the health care up there. If you get hit by a car, yes, they cover it entirely. If you want surgery then you have to get in a long line.

Either way, best believe I'm applying for dual citizenship some day. :D

clearly there's only one thing to do....'blame canada' or perhaps companies that focus more on short term profits than upon long term solvency

^ I got jealous of people doing this ^. Um, ashley Canadians are a very dirty people. They like to blow up things that are things. They are terrorists. That's Canada - sponsored by the govt.

I think you would do good to come up to Canada sometime soon. You already get shit-faced everyday at lunch, so why not do it with beer that doesn't taste like horse piss?

Not just her but it looks like (according to the tabloids here) the future King of England just eloped with his hottie fiance because she has, er, a little "prince" in the oven, so to speak...

Bring on the Monarchy!

obama not good enough? Just move there please

Canada makes me cum!

obama not good enough? Just move there please

Spoken like a true contemporary American. When your neighbor does better than you, you stand in your driveway, ham sandwich in hand and shout, "America, love it or leave it."

We are a nation of Al Bundys....:crying:

their still a leach to the american economy, they cannot stand alone. But hey with smoke and mirrors it looks good so, if you think its sooo strong please move there

Because we all know the US is the greatest country on earth wich makes it impossible that another country could ever do things better. Some of you Americans need to ditch your superiority complex and accept that there's another way of doing things besides the American way. Hell, maybe you could even learn a thing or two if you open your eyes to the rest of the world.

The U.S. and Canada enjoy an economic partnership unique in the world. The two nations share the world's largest and most comprehensive trading relationship, which supports millions of jobs in each country. In 2007, total trade between the two countries exceeded $560 billion.

The two-way trade that crosses the Ambassador Bridge between Detroit, Michigan and Windsor, Ontario equals all U.S. exports to Japan. Canada's importance to the U.S. is not just a border-state phenomenon: Canada is the leading export market for 36 of the 50 U.S. States, and ranked in the top three for another 10 States. In fact, Canada is a larger market for U.S. goods than all 27 countries of the European Community combined, whose population is more than 15 times that of Canada.

Canada is the fifth largest foreign investor in the U.S. At the end of 2006, the U.S. Commerce Department estimates that Canadian investment in the United States was $159 billion at historical cost basis.

etc. etc.

What I basically said was that Canada's economy is a leech to the U.S. economy. It's tied to it, and will eventually feel the effects....

A true lie

Well fuck then i'll just wait a year or two, cause the prophet obama just said earlier today all economies are linked. But kudo's to canada for having a conservative banking system..... that's right they do not give loans based on inequality like the U.S. does thank's to bwarney Fwank and his ilk
