It's not Cali Luv from Digital Desire, it's a different Cali Luv.

Your pic has been requested MANY times on FreeOnes. If you do a search on here, put "Cali Luv" and search only "Identify / Name the Babe", you'll find some of the past requests (ignore the ones on the girl from DD). The pic is at least 9 years old (I believe older), and it has always been my opinion that the pic was heavily photo-shopped.
