I actually had this conversation with my co-worker a couple days ago apparently they can feel it. I've asked my ex before and she said she could.

Yeh i had an ex who seemed to enjoy it too but i never had the problem of her not feeling it, i pretty much didn't or kept masturbation to a minimum and kept a generally good diet and it was fine, like most others have said, save your load until you have sex and hold out.
