Anyone could be filming this. I don't know who he is :dunno: He sounds French, maybe German, maybe Russian, maybe Czech, maybe Hungarian. Hard to hear his voice when he gives direction to the girl. He also seems to be pulling videos from all over the place. Also the scenes are relatively short, which tells me something else. Compilation videos. He may be the content owner but because he's all over the place, I honestly don't think he is the content owner. He's probably uploading content for several content owners onto Twitter for them.
