That's going to be one gr8 game,as all the Call of Duty series.Just can't wait for its release.

This game really looks amazing. I saw footage of it at E3 (I didn't go, saw on G4) and the next day I was pre-ordering the game, which also got me a pretty cool poster.

What system is everyone getting this game on?

I will be getting the PS3 version.

I'll be getting this one.....word has it that its actually out pacing modernwarfare 2 in the preorders dept. That is suprising to me, but....

i'd get it on the PC as long as there's dedicated servers. Treyarch said there would be, but I'll wait and see.

hopefully they'll release the map packs for free on the pc like they used to do with Modern Warfare 1 and World at War, too.

if they go back to the way it used to be on the PC ...i'll get it on that platform for sure.

and to top it off, the mouse and keyboard are better for FPSs any way you slice it.

mouse and keyboard are your preference cause thats the way you always play. Personally, I can't stand mouse and keyboard, thats how I slice it. Ive always played with a controller and will never get a gaming PC....if I had one for a long time I may like mouse/keyboard like other PC'ers do...

i don't mind the gamepad either ...but the mouse is just much quicker and more precise. much better at tracking enemies, etc. i don't see how anyone could disagree with that, but whatever. the gamepad isn't as bad as some make it out to be, tho. takes a little getting used to at first, but its not so bad. not as good ...but not so bad either.

i've also played a lot of shooters on consoles this gen, too ...Halo, Killzone 2 (which is my favorite shooter on any platform), Resistance, etc.

i can handle it either way ...i just would take the mouse every time, if i could.

you don't want any part of this game Whimsy....I hear theyre gonna beat animals in this game and then there's gonna be complaints filed against Treyarch which will piss you off.....Activision,Treyarch,you,infinityward and the animal rights people will all have to show up in court.

It's outpacing it because of Modern Warfare 2. The critical acclaim that game has received has undoubtedly fueled sales of the next iteration, as most of the people buying games don't follow the behind the scenes issues, especially when it comes to developers. Modern Warfare 2 never had the benefit of having a blockbuster immediately precede it.

you could always ask for a 5 minute bathroom break, go in the lavoretory and kick your own ass, come back bloodied and battered and get granted a continuance(Jim carrey style)........
