My joke aside, I think it takes a great deal of courage for someone to undergo something like this and it must be hell on earth to feel like the wires got crossed when you were born. That said, there was nothing about Bruce Jenner the Olympian that even remotely seemed like anything other than the personification of a tremendous male athlete. We are talking one of the greatest of my life time and I still have a little trouble processing this from the person that graced the cover of just about every publication and even a box of Wheaties.
