I bought a dvd out of the store with my freeones points. I has been a couple of weeks, so I decided to find out how much longer it is for shipping time. I sent a letter to the "Contact Us" in the store a couple of days ago, and I haven't recieved a letter or anything back. Does anyone know how long shipping takes for new dvds? Also I got an email after I placed the order that said it was "Executed." Is that executed like it has been done or "Off with his head" the order is dead? Thanks for the help!!

For items coming out of the US, it depends largely on how it's shipped. I always choose the cheapest payment method which is also the slowest.
I'm just convinced anything coming into the US is held up by customs.
