I ran that pic thru tineye and found a larger version of it. It's an ad for a lingerie chain called Hunkemoller. i think her name is Isabela Soncini, but I haven't yet found another site that has that specific picture tied to her.

tineye is a reverse image search website ( Premium Link Upgrade ). It lets you upload images or links to images to it, and then it searches for other web pages that have that image.
