I would try Alana Katelyn then.
I didn't see the picture you're asking about on Lindsey's insta. Models can change hair color, pull it back, then also lips (collagen, juvederm, more lipstick), etc.
... But you can't change eyebrows unless they shave them off and use a eye brow pencil to draw them back on ...
Your picture and the two ones that I just put up have very similar eyebrows.
Alana Katelyn? No. Different eyebrows entirely.
... Her nose and cheek bones also come into play as well. My first picture better displays that. It does have similarities to your picture's model's nose ...
