I also looked for her in another forum, and there someone identified her. This is the Copy of the text there:
The model is "Lacy Leland," and it looks like she produced amateur content for her own web site, nakedpussycat.com, which was a wetlands.net partner web site in the late 90s and early 00s.
The site is no more, but it's archived at the Wayback Machine ....
