i have no idea, dorothy black and this mystery woman have similarities and differences. for one their eyes look different like dorothy's looks a little more stretched could just be the galleries i zoomed through, also the bottom lip looks the same. the main thing is almost all of dorothy's pics and vids her tits go pointy about mid if you notice, where this woman appears to droop a slight bit more. could be the same person and this picture just looks different from all her others though.
Have you checked the photographer's site? Rich Masuda at ModelMayhem. You might even be able to ask him directly or go through his friends list. The photographer looks like he's active from late 00's shooting American models. Circumstantially the model in the OP is not likely to be Dorothy who is Hungarian and was in her prime in the late 90's.
