Just my thoughts, but I don't think she's Holly McCall; as pointed out, the timing seems about 20 years off. And she's definitely not Bridgette Monet, an American actress, whereas this lady is decidedly British.
I'm sure of the British part because Fiona Cooper ( Premium Link Upgrade ) has a 1-hour video of her under the name "Karen" on DVD 2 ( Premium Link Upgrade ). Unfortunately, no picture on the site, but I have the DVD (and before that, the VHS tape) of this woman. The VHS was originally released August 2003, with the blurbage indicating she was 34 yo at the time. And since it's a talkie, you can definitely tell she's English. I've attached a zip with a couple vidcaps.
I've wanted to know her real name for years. It would be great to figure it out.
