can anyone help....a week ago i had to restore my pc back to factory setting cos it fucked up. since then i cant view any piccies that i save.the piccies are saved to the folder but when i dble click on them it wont show me the pic. just says no preview available. my world it empty. ive lost my sophie sweet and devon library and cant start to rebuild it. also cant post anything good i find either. please help before i smash the fucking thing with a big bastard hammer.

did you try a search? maybe that might help. next time either save them to disc or transfer them like i did before i got this new comp
What tools are you using?
Try opening the files in different tools like Photoshop or Paintshop or ACDSee (i.e. don´t doublecklick them, open the tool, then open them there).
Maybe your windows doesn´t associate the extentions with your picture viewer, or they are linked to deleted versions of your viewer.
