with his repeals of business regulations and proposed cut in the corporate tax rate, who is more business friendly, our current or former president? Trump was a factor in the current job market the moment he was elected. And that dow though. hopey changey.

Hey precious!

A few years ago we endured something called the "Great Recession". Funny thing about recessions, generally we lose a lot of jobs. Well, during that recession we lost 9 million jobs.

Now after the dust settled, some came back on their own. It doesn't matter who is president they just do. David Stockman refers to them as " Born again jobs".

About 6-7 million of them returned on Obama's watch. It wouldn't matter if you were President ( sobering thought) they would have come back.

So O-Zero being the good little smoke and mirrors magician that he was starts the count at the bottom and factors those 6-7 million into the mix.

Now here's the fun part..Obama claims 11 million jobs created ( actually it was 12) but I like your number better.

Even more hilarious the jobs are temp jobs or bartenders or wait staff or seasonal jobs.

None offered wages that set the world on fire. That damned Obamacare employer mandate killed full time jobs so of course more were created as part timers. 141 million people were working under O-Zero during the peak.

So essentially O-Zero created 5 million jobs in 8 years.

Now let's compare that to Reagan who also dealt with a recession, admittedly not as severe but created 15.8 million jobs in 8 years. And good paying jobs. With a significantly smaller population!!! :1orglaugh

So your post about Barry having the longest sustained job growth in history is a damn lie.

I don't know if you are a masochist or what your motivation is but you must like getting kicked around here like a plastic[NOBABE] fuck doll[/NOBABE].

You are neither an intellectual, or an economist. You're just my bitch.

A rather pathetic one at that.

Now.. Mom! I'll have that other slice of cake now, OK?

OK, I like this.
Some of the White House counsel are getting smart and using Democrat tactics to push back

http://mobile.reuters.com/article/idUSKCN18F2KK

"Within hours of Mueller's appointment on Wednesday, the White House began reviewing the Code of Federal Regulations, which restricts newly hired government lawyers from investigating their prior law firm’s clients for one year after their hiring, the sources said.

An executive order signed by Trump in January extended that period to two years.

Mueller's former law firm, WilmerHale, represents Trump's son-in-law Jared Kushner, who met with a Russian bank executive in December, and the president's former campaign manager Paul Manafort, who is a subject of a federal investigation.

Legal experts said the ethics rule can be waived by the Justice Department, which appointed Mueller. He did not represent Kushner or Manafort directly at his former law firm.

If the department did not grant a waiver, Mueller would be barred from investigating Kushner or Manafort, and this could greatly diminish the scope of the probe, experts said"

Excellent :)

Congress seems a little skittish that Trump will fire Mueller in the next few weeks

'Constitutional crisis' could arise if Trump fires Mueller

https://www.washingtonpost.com/news...rump-will-fire-mueller-in-the-next-few-weeks/
It wouldn’t be a constitutional crisis, it would be a political crisis. Mueller is illegitimate and Trump should fire Rosenstein. Trump can fire anyone he wants. The impeachment for doing so is strictly a political process. I personally hope they try to impeach Trump. It will spark a revolt by his supporters like I have never witnessed in my lifetime.
