Yes, people are going indebted when they can't afford to pay medical bills and not everyone has a health insurance, only people who work have a health insurance. If you are not working or are a leech off, you won't be reimbursed to 100% because you don't have any health insurance. So before talking make sure that you know what you are talking and make sure that you know 100% about the healthcare and health insurance system of the country which you are talking, in the case of France, you obviously don't.

Nothing to do with it. Wrong again. My ****** pays for her own healthcare and her own health insurance, she is self reliant and independant even though not young anymore, she owns her own appartment. I will be the sole heir of her real estate property, also I have a very good and stable job just 45 min from where I am living. Am I going to drop off everything just because of a sudden impulse? No, everything has to calculated and planned far in advance. If I had to move in the USA, I would have first to find a job with a permanent contract and place where to live before applying for immigration.
