It has been 2 months since the conversation.

He is in violation of federal law not to report obstruction of justice to the DOJ.

A few idiots are trying to parse Comey's words because he states unequivocally that no one has asked him to stop an investigation for political reasons and that if they did it would be a serious matter.
They are claiming that his comments refer strictly to the question about "has the DOJ or Attorneys General ever requested him to shut down an investigation".



Comey after stating that the DOJ has not, expounded and made it clear that if anyone asked him to shut down an investigation for political reasons he would consider it a " Big Deal".

This testimony was given on May 3rd almost two months after the supposed dinner with Trump where he asks Comey to end the Flynn investigation


If Trump had tried to influence or obstruct he had an obligation to inform congress then and there and also notify the DOJ.
He did neither.

Can't wait to see his memos.
