thats the battle. im a protein lover, i admit it. but, there are ways to get complete proteins as a vegetarian.
you just gotta be sure you're cool with tofu. -_-
but honestly, i love tofu. its in my blood to love that shit. hell, i made chinese tofu last night for a family of 6 and they devoured it.

have you tried pan fried soy tempeh in pasta? it packs pretty much just SOLID 15g of protein and nothing else. if im running late, i just cut a slab and put peanut butter on it for taste.
