I know there are a ton of threads that have been already made on this subject before, and it feels like banging my head against the wall answering it yet again, but in order for a boob job to be something that's good at least two criteria have to be required.

1. The person that gets implants must not have already had a good set of breasts, especially if they are decently sized.

2. The surgery must be very well done.

Unfortunately, meeting those criteria is rare and the majority of the time the women either screw up the great natural breasts they have or they end up getting a screwed up looking boob job.

For many women out there I also don't think smaller breast look bad on them so even in their cases they don't really need implants.

Once in a while a women will get implants that make her look better, but they are in the minority and will probably be that way until most surgeons get better at their jobs or the women that get them really start doing some research to find surgeons that will do the job well.

Yes, yes, I know. But this question has been asked way too many times in previous threads. It just makes me think of Sara Jean Underwood. And then I get really angry. She literally went from perfect, to above average with a simple surgery. Boob jobs are rarely a good idea. So many of them don't look natural.

It's understandable for a woman who does porn to get implants if she wants to. If it's goning to help her get more works not just scenes, but box covers, centerfolds, and public apperances. So aside from that I like fake boobs, women who get them if they deem it necessary to them are all good in my book.

It really depends on the girl in question... it can be good, or it can nearly ruin a girl if it doesn't look right for her. There is no one answer here IMHO.
