On the side of the video we barely see the name of a website. I found out this site was a foruim called Foros de famosas argentinas but it does not seem to exist anymore.
Anyhow from one little info to the other I found a few things that may help.

This video comes from an Argentinian tv-reality show called CAMARA EN MANO. They did a lot of these bodypaint nude girls.
This link goes to one of these clips with 2 girls. When the clip starts, we see for a split second 2 shots of a girl that could be the one we look for. She seems like a co-host of the guy we see at the very beginning.
