[SOLVED] Blonde with Side Mullet

Came across this in a compilation video. Its a video from Watching My Mom Go Black, but I can't find it in the list they have. I'd like to know who the "daughter" with the side mullet is. I guess I wouldn't mind finding out who played the mother, but I'm primarily interested in the other performer.
