According to a site that pops up in a Google image search, the name given is Dagmar. So I looked up possible 'hits' on the FO's search function; which lead me to this possibility: Dagmar Jihlavcova.

Nips are the same, nasal structure is almost spot on, and overall bone structure looks the same.

Since the image that you provided is not 'publicly viewable' since it's considered 'adult' in nature; you have to download the picture (which I did, and have on a clandestine portion of my HD) and upload it onto the Google search by clicking on the little camera.
