I need to get my friend a present for his 20th birthday. We're not a couple, but pretty close (if you know what I mean), so it has to be something cool and not too over the top, but enough to let him know he's on my mind.

He's a typical guy. Likes beer, women, food etc.

Excellent idea Sweeper. If he's anything like me, he'd rather watch a girl get a lap dance than get one himself. So buy yourself a whole lot of lap dances. The dancers usually let chicks get away with a whole lot more so try to engage the dancers in some heavy petting.

Actually, you should know his likes and dislikes, so I suggest something that he would enjoy, but may not be thinking of as a gift.
You can always put a bow on yourself and be "Best Friends" for a while.

girl go to the adult store and buy yourself a new toy and some lube, and some good lotion, shave real smooth, cook a light dinner, rent a good porn, and get whatever alcohol he needs to just get tipsy. Now you cook a light dinner while he is there and you both are having a few drinks, then after dinner start watching your movie, break out the lotion and give him a good massage while he is still facing foward watching the movie. Then you break out your new toy unwrapped of course and the lube and when you are getting busy in whatever position is your or his favorite you can get yours too. Why the light dinner, because if you both are to full you dont want to really move a whole lot, why just enough drinks to get a little tipsy because then he will last a while but still be able to perform. The perfect gift for the both of you. but if you are just friends he might think a little different after that. Thats what my man likes atleast.
