I'm a believer in Signs, Fate stuff like that. Now, I was going to wait until BioShock was half price, maybe, because of little interest after hitting the demo. Yesterday, the day of UK release, my *** comes come with a new clock ... in the shape of a deep sea divers helmet, kinda Mr Bubbles looking.
So I bought it from Blockbusters (with a free 360 faceplate).
Good game, BUT, it does have ancient ideas running around, such as assembling a bomb will have you running around exploring areas finding the relevant parts, scattered everywhere.
Has anyone ****** a Big ***** and found the Little ****** has vanished?
Sweet achievement for one of the Boss Fights ... you watch a cinematic and that's it.

I had a little ****** vanish on me . She probably escaped in the small hole on the wall just before you attacked the big ***** . In that case don't **** the big ***** and wait for him to go pick up the little ****** again from one of those holes .
There's a mission late in the game were you become a Big *****, your duty is to protect a Little ******, to summon them you have to bang on a vent - I think that's where they disappear to, or the opening at the bottom of the doors.
I rescued the LS's, which pays off at the end, is the ending different if you harvest them?

I haven't finished the game yet but all I know is that there is a 100 pts achievement if you only rescue the little sisters . there is also an achievement for rescuing or harvesting all the little sisters in the game .
Got Bioshock for the Xbox 360 yesterday, only manged to play it for a couple of hours, Verdit????? Its GRRREEAATTTT!!!!
Love the Deco design throughout the game though sometimes the darkened corridors spoil it a little bit. Bad guys are great if not a little generic looking seems a bit stupid that it takes more and more to **** off a Thugish Reaver that half hour ago only took one head shot.
Voice acting and sound in general is of a high standard can;t beat running down a tunnel being chased by a ranting reaver and hearing the sound of whales somewhere above.
I would say this is a definte buy even if its just to fill the void until....erm....damn whats that game called again.....Hail....Hole...ah thats right Halo 3.
Problem I have is that Two worlds is out this week and Stranglehold the week after that, they have to drop the prices of games if they are going to release high profile games this close together.

I buy most games in Trade at Blockbusters (or rent).
Get game on day of release (either by cash or trade) play the bitch ********* and trade it in for a new release. I just traded in BioShock for a new copy of Condemned and a second hand copy of GRAW2 and I still have money on my account!

There are 3 different ending. One if you harvest them all. The second if you save them all and the third if you do a little of both. I had the third.
It's a great game. I got as far as watching the botanist get gassed for trying to help you and then horror happened. I GOT THE RED RING OF DEATH.
Did you get your 360 fixed ? You really have to play this game to the end . I'm almost there and I have loved every minute of it . This is trully one of the best games I have played period .

Finally got Bioshock today with some vouchers i got for christmas, it is very good, but I haven't seen any "game of the year" material yet.
Obviously I haven't played enough yet.

Just keep playing you'll get hooked soon enough, unfortunately there's not much after you beat it. The endings aren't that great, I think it's a great game, but not GOTY material.
