Apparently t's a breast lifting. She's talking about how they are very heavy, hanging and causing back pain. So they won't be made bigger; rather smaller due to the lifting.

At the end of the video the narrator says you can find out the result and whether she's happy with it on thursday.

she will be in the german penthouse but the scars will be covered up with makeup and photoshop for sure

What utter madness. Her breasts were almost perfect as they were, and now they're ruined. What a way to pay them back for all the money and fame they brought her. They were hardly "sagging to her knees" like she said, and now they're not even that much higher than before. As for weight, they're not that much smaller either, so I don't see how the reduction will actually help her back pain very much. Plastic surgery almost always makes things worse. So *********.

However, after she hacked up her breast and now has those hideous scars I don't see any reason to follow her now. Yah, call me shallow, but I followed her because of those two big ass titties of hers prior to the surgery. Yep, I can have empathy if she did it for back reasons etc.. etc..., but most women do this and then retire out of the biz. Also, isn't there some type of liposuction surgery they could have performed. Some type of small incision and stick some type of device to suck the fat cells out?? They can do this for other parts of your body, why can't they do it for breast so you don't have those freakin' "lollipop" scars.
