Best **** You Have Ever *****?

I don't ***** ****. I ***** **** coolers. They're the best!

Ultimately my favorite brewer:
Lagunitas
Reason: Cappuccino Stout, Hairy Eyeball, Hop Stoopid, Maximus, A Little Sumpin' Sumpin', A Little Sumpin' Extra, Brown Shugga, Kronik, Undercover Shutdown, Gnarleywine (perfect after aging 2-3 years), Wilco Tango Foxtrot, Sirius...
They are perfect.

Others...
Full Sail's LTD 2
Rogue's Hazelnut Brown Nectar
Dogfish Head's 60 Minute IPA
Upright's Oyster Stout
Stone's 13 + Double Bastard
Ninkasi's Sleighr
Russian River's Pliny The Elder (most perfect IPA ever)
Trumer Pils
Sam Adam's Nobel Pils (probably the only thing they did great, super hoppy & brilliant)
Widmer Hefe (not a proper German hefe, but it's great at a bar with friends)
Victory's Baltic Porter
Ayinger's Bavarian Hefe-Weizen
Der Hirsch-Bräu's Bavarian-Weissbier Hefeweisse
Franziskaner "Weissbier" Hefeweizen

To pick an ultimate favorite from all those? Lagunitas '07 Undercover Shutdown in the 22 ounce bottle.

Kostrizer is my all time fave, but there are lots of good beers out there these days. Sam Octoberfest is great too, and there's a semi-local **** I love to ***** called Dominion Lager.

*sighs* When I was stationed in Germany, we went to this former monastary that was converted into a mircobrewery that made it's own HW. I cannot for the life of me remember the name of the ****, only that there was a Playboy article about the brewery and that the **** was fantastic. You could only buy it locally and we never went through that area again.:(

What town was the monastary located in?
