IMO -
Pizza from the small independent Sicilian owned joint where they hand toss their dough for every pizza that goes out the door. :yummie:
I'm not a big fan of ruining a perfectly good pizza with a mess of assorted toppings, no no no ! that only makes the crust soggy on the underside. I think that the operative word here is 'mess', I like toppings so long as they're applied sparingly. :hatsoff:

I wish said pizza joint was open on this very 4:30 AM Saturday (here and now)
I'm getting kinda hungry. :o

As for Chinese food, yea, I get cravings for it about twice a year, otherwise I'm kinda luke warm about it.
