Breaking my silence this once and briefly on women, just testing the waters ...
Many models deal with it with both creams as well as even razors once or twice a week. Photographers also edit it out. I remember Adele Stevens, who is a natural brunette, clearly had many pictorials with unremoved hair as well.
And for myself, a lover of the regions from Italian to Poland, it's not uncommon for women to have to have regular habits to minimize their natural facial hair. Patricia Heaton in an episode of Everyone Loves Raymond comes to mind.

All women have facial hair. It is only a matter of amount and color. Brunettes obviously have more issues given it is darker, and different types of ethic backgrounds reduce or increase the amount. They are women, so they don't have the growth, density and other things like men. But they do have facial hair.
