Most of the "scouts" I know work directly for studios that produce a lot of amateur content. Really it's more about finding the girls that are hard up to pay rent. Most very attractive girls [subjective] already know they're attractive and apply to the talent agencies directly. Now a days, since porn is way more mainstream and dare I even say... an acceptable career choice [in mainstream view, not my view] that the girls sign themselves up. So if you want to be a scout, approach studios that specifically target amateur and "just this one time" type girls and see if they are interested in you bringing them talent.

But if you just wanna do it to try and fuck some girls and say "oh you're good at fucking, you should do porn" you're a jackass and should find a different career path. You aren't in it to fuck, you're in it for the finders fee and they do the fucking on camera.

It's great that you mentioned this because that's exactly what I was thinking. I look at sites like Bangbros or Mofos and I see these first timers and I always wonder where do they find these girls? do they(girls) contact the site directly or does Bangbros have people who are out there looking for talent? The main reason why I started this thread is because i have a friend who said she would be open to doing porn and that got me thinking that maybe I could help her
