Looking at your picture, it is isn't fake. It's mirrored. Her breasts looks slightly bigger because she has put her arms up. Look at her left breast in my picture. Eshe has a beauty mark or freckle above her breast. In your picture, that beauty mark isn't there. It's on the right side. The light makes it difficult to see but it's clearly there on the right side. Therefore mirrored.
