I cant wait for this game, I'm a big fan of the Batman and it looks like this game finally does him justice, one of our UK computer mags has rated it 96%, looks like a must have game of 09, might even spend the extra cash on the collectors edition it comes with a 14" batarang ("no kids, not at next doors cat, give daddy his toy back")

To sum up what they're saying, they pretty much said that they played the final version of the game and really enjoyed it. They also say that there will be a second boss fight with Bane that involves the Batmobile.

I think it was on an E3 video, the developer was showing the game and just said it while he was talking to the interviewer????

Downloaded the new demo on XBOX Live today and very happy to see it's not the same demo I played at Target on the PS3. The controls seem just fine and it played very smooth. So far the best Batman game I've played with Batman Begins being second. If the demo is any indication it shows that the developers really put their hearts into it. I loved sitting perched on a gargoyle, picking off henchmen one by one while they're trying to look for me and all the while I'm watching them thinking "I'm the goddamn Batman!" I also like how bullets really take a chunk off your life so that it forces you to find other ways of dispatching enemies. I've had my pre-order paid off since April so I can't wait to just walk into Gamestop on Aug. 25 and pick it up.:batman:

It might take me a while to beat the actual game because I just love taking out all the henchmen in the room except one. Then I go and proceed to stalk that one henchmen for about 20 minutes. I can't wait to see the Predator Challenge maps, I'm gonna have field day with those.

I was surprisingly very impressed with the demo, this game has some major potential.
It does well to recreate the dark and mentally disturbing atmosphere of the animated series which really adds to the experience. The AI is also actually pretty well done, I'd say it's even more involved as a sneaking game than Splinter Cell or Metal Gear Solid series.
And it has Mark Hamill as the joker. Instant win.

what the fuck you lookin at?
Just played the demo and I'm not impressed. Like was stated earlier. Its just like Splinter Cell with some things taken from the wolverine game. That formula has been done before too. Nothing new, same shit different skin, and the graphics aren't good at all. I'm gonna pass.
On the note of the graphics... it does unfortunately look like every single other Unreal engine game... it's like they don't bother to change the lighting system at all (though it does work well, it looks pretty ... generic when every game looks the same.)
I just have a small bit of hope that there're a lot more gameplay elements than have been shown in the demo... otherwise, then yeah it might start to get pretty repetitive.
