Well that would be my grandad. As I have more respect for him than anyone. Because he too fought in the second world war and even though I never met him, as he died from the war long before I was born. I've heard so much about him from my gran. He went from 1939 right through to 1945.

So yes this man deserves our respect and thoughts. But as do all the people who fought for rights in the second world war and other before and since. So will all of them get a hundred threads?
