i wear baggy pants, and since i lost a bunch of weight and am too cheap to buy new ones, they fall down a lot. big deal. i'm going to buy new jeans next week, actually, and they'll also be baggy, and i'll be sagging them a bit. it's how i've always dressed. if pants are mid thigh, it's ridiculous, but thats THAT persons problem. i feel that people that get upset over what other people are wearing (so petty) should get over it and expnd their tiny lives.clothes don't make a person.
I agree. People can go too far the other way also. There is really only a small portion of people that can pull of the tight stuff.

I don't like the baggy-clothes look/fad/trend, and it does get really ridiculous when half of someone's undies are showing - is THAT supposed to show that one is ready, or unusually capable, for sex? If so, that's lame for your average public situation.
That said, however, I don't like how some people clearly use their hatred of baggy pants/clothing as sort of a coded shorthand for "I hate black people" or something like that... And it's clear that is exactly what some people are saying.

A Dallas high school has banned students from wearing anything that might keep their heads and ears warm. But the weather isn't what sparked the so-called "hoodie ban" at Kimball High School.
The school district calls it a safety and security issue.
We weren't allowed inside Kimball. But the jackets and sweatshirts with hoods and hats that kids wear on the outside are banned on the inside.
There have been some fights at Kimball lately. School officials say they can't identify teenagers who attacked other students, because hoods hid their identity.
School district officials say the hood ban is within the principal's discretion. And students must adhere to the rule.

I thankfully don't see this as much, but what is even more annoying are the people who go commando with a pair of ill fitting jeans. Seeing someones boxers is bad enough but now i actually have to inadvertently see your whole ass. You seriously haven't noticed the draftiness. Pull your damn pants up.
I don't know as unattractive as those baggy things may be I always thought the "real" criminals got there outfits at places like this.
