This is one of my biggest pet peeves and I'm wondering if this fad will ever die.
I grew up in the 80's during the Kris Kross phase when everyone was wearing their clothes backwards. In my high school it only caught on by a couple of rebelious students but it (fad) died after a couple of summers.
On Saturday, I was eating at the mall and I was watching a chubby *** walk with his baggy pants and boxers showing. He would go 2 steps and would have to grab the back of his pants to "hitch" them up. It was funny. I've seen some **** who grab the front to keep them up. That looks really uncomfortable if you have to walk a long way.
Here's an Premium Link Upgrade about the history of the fad --- I always thought it started because of the one size fits all uniforms issued to prison inmates. Some of the theories spelled out in the article made me laugh -- "advertising as a male prostitute in prison".
I'm wondering if the reason **** wear their pants down low is because the oppostite sex thinks it's sexy.
