The one main picture has David Gilmour sitting in a doorway. Roger Waters on the stoop outside. Nick Mason wearing a hat, standing and looking at the sky. Richard Wright on his back looking up with his legs in the air.

The picture on the wall, has the band members switching positions. This continues infinitum as the "mirror inside a mirror effect" ...

Jimi told the British artist he wanted the album cover art to show his Indian heritage. He meant Native American, but instead he got this.
Not only did it disappoint Jimi, Mitch and Noel, but also angered Hindus for the use of religious images for album art. The artwork was even banned in Malaysia.
It still looks cool, though, and it's a great album.

Sick album cover for a really good concept album. I love the colors and how it looks like an organic life form and landscape at the same time.

Not only a great cover, but a great album too. The woman singer, Dale Krantz, has an INCREDIBLE voice, and would be even more suited to out right blues, bat does an amazing job with Southern rock. I think she was marred to Rossington.
