I haven't seen any recent work by the lovely Ms. Avril, but she's so popular it makes no sense barring other factors why they would say no.

The "other factors" could possibly be:

She gained a lot of weight
She wants too much money
She had breast reduction surgery
She could have tested HIV positive

An unlikely possibility is that the Brazzers folks wanted an exclusive contracy or something similar which Avy would not agree to.

Could be either of those reasons. Her "condom only" policy could be seen as demanding, but I'm more inclined to believe that they feel like she's just not that big a star anymore, and they don't think she's worth the money she's probably asking for. Plus, there are younger hotter girls doing more for less.
