How can I make my Avatar / profile pic show in posts? It doesnt seem to display anywhere.

Go to your board settings page, top right corner where it says "Welcome, cunnyfunt - Notifications - My profile - Settings - Logout"
And then in the left hand menu go to "Edit Avatar".
