Avas boobjob seemed to turn out great. I don't know why so many pornstars boobjobs seem to turn out so bad. Jessie Rogers for e.g. Ava is an wonderful woman. I am glad to see some girls still keep their feet on the ground.
To be honest for a minute I though Ava was aiming for this "anorectic look" which is becoming more of a trend lately.
Many girls go through this after their pregnancy for some reason.

As far as the boob job, I always thought that Ava's breasts looked almost as if they had implants (look at her post pregnancy video where Ava is flashing on street wearing a bikini).
I believe the "real vs. fake" talk as to do about they way those titties move, so since size and shape has not dramatically changed, I guess we have to wait and see those babies in action!!!

Lol I cold NEVER achieve that look even if I wanted. I am naturally thin [so I don't do much cardio or I do get too thin] But I actually saw footage from shoots a couple months ago and I noticed the booty was shrinking so I cut down on cardio . if I didn't have tits and an ass I'd actually look skinny being that I only weigh 106bs and am 5'4" but thankfully I got junk in the front and back and I am not built straight lol I am 32 not a teen so I am thanfull I am built like a woman! But nothing wrong with being petite :D
