My father owned two gms (a 1967 chevrolet impala and a 1975 opel kadett), he owned also a mopar (1967 imperial crown) and a bmw back in the day an older BMW 1602. His car since 1981 till 2003 was a jetta and from 2003 till today a polo match II.
My uncle in Lausanne owns a 1969 Dodge Charger r/t and a 1961 Imperial Crown LeBaron. Both are his daily drivers and he is faithful to older mopars.
My uncle in Texas has a big variety of cars : 1970 chevelle ss 454, 1970 fleetwood sedan, 2001 seville sts, 1968 mustang 428scj fastback and 1970 lincoln town car.
My other uncle who lives in New York has also a big variety of cars: 1970 Imperial LeBaron, 1968 Dodge Charger r/t, 1970 Mercury Grand Marquis Brougham, 1970 Dodge Challenger 440 and a 1997 Lincoln Town Car with Cartier Trim.
Personally my favorite car to own would either be an older cadillac eldorado with the 472ci or 500ci engine (year from 1968 to 1970 for the model year) or an older audi a8 v8 4.2 quattro or an older audi a8l w12. The seville sts from 2001 would also be in my consideration.

I would have to go with either a BMW or Chrysler. I think it is unfair to put BMW on the list as most of it's models are more luxurious and enxpensive than the other makes listed. I like Chrysler because the Dodge I have now is an excellent car and has served me well for many years with little else than routine maintenance.

Not exactly the most balanced list to vote on is it?

A load of fairly hum-drum manufacturers (yeah, the likes of Honda make the odd cool car) and then BMW.

I will have to vote for other though. :D Any other!

I don't know so much about cars.. But my partner and I have one of these

Which i'm afraid is the best car ever made, simply because of the sheer cuteness of it. :D

Yes its even yellow!!

Cuteness > Reliability

We have to keep up our image. :]

I haven't took driving lessons yet though. :crying: But she drives me around so i'm taking advantage of that, for now :angels:
