You're out of your mind. I don't know if you were joking or not, but even conservatives don't like Pat Robertson- who is NOT representative of most conservatives, republicans, or really, anyone but the ultra-religious nutballs in the US.
You honestly couldn't tell that I wasn't serious? Like really? Seriously?!
Dayum, I'm good when I'm good! :nanner:
I think what you meant to say was SOME conservatives don't like Pat Robertson. I know more than a few social conservatives/Evangelicals who have no issue with Brother Pat at all (or Sarah Palin). And if you ran him down in their presence, they'd probably slap your teeth out of your mouth. But anyway, who said anything about whether he was representative of most conservatives, Republicans or witch doctors for that matter?
I don't think Ed Meese was necessarily representative of most conservatives back in the 80's. But he sure as fuck ran the Meese Commission and went after the "evil pornographers"... or have you forgotten about that?
From Facial_King's post, it seems this might be a story that was juiced anyway. But only a fool would not be able to see extremists for what they are. If they represented most of the views in any nation (or even large party), well hell, they wouldn't be classified as extremists. They'd be mainstream, now wouldn't they? :1orglaugh
