Well OK, but I'm going to have to have a side by side comparison with a Hershey bar before I'm convinced of that (I'm pointing to your use of the word "awful"). But there's also the production numbers to consider. Hershey and Mars cater to a global client list. You can always do better if you do your thing in smaller batches.

I've tried Hershey chocolate, it's what I'm more familiar with. Though I'm comparing it to European manufacturers like Nestle, who are just as big globally, so I don't think it's about mass production.
