I have rediscovered since two years ago my love for this long lasting franchise. However I am so dissapointed that Enterprise only lasted about 4 seasons, and there was a damn hot chick in there vulcan I think she was. I have searched and searched for any knowledge that there is going to be a new tv series to my dissmay it seems like they are bringing Deep Space Nine back which I really didn't like. Anyways does anyone out there can verify this or share knowledge of any new series or motion pictures?
Also I want to see which one to you all considered the greatest of the tv epics.
In chronological order (according to their timeline):
1. Enterprise - Portrais the begining of space exploration and the formation of the Federation of Planets, CPT Jonathan Archer leads the way in this short lived series.
2. Star Trek - Original series that I grew up with and loved way back when I was a *****, even though I could not understand much of it. Men in their pjs a guy with pointy ears, CPT Kirk always getting laid with some female space ***** and resolving disputes with his fist and a bunch of key phrases that became part of our pop culture such as "beam me up Scotty". Did what it could back then in special effects and have several motion pictures that have made a lot of money, pretty much this is the foundation of the whole franchise!
3. Star Trek The Next Generation - Generation X version of Star Trek. With a more radical crew than the original and a cunning yet diplomatic CPT Picard, this series explores what happens to the federation 100 years after the original series. More define conflicts, the Klingons look more menacing, the bad bullies of the Universe are introduced the Borg and the bigest dude of them all Q! They also got a couple of movies under them. I was going to college back when this series was playing so I just caught bits and pieces but I already seen how it ended, preety good season finale.
4. Deep Space Nine - What happens at the space ports in the Deep Space Nine region. I don't know much about this series, just that there was a CPT Sisko, a shapeshifter Odo, Cardasians, something about a Dominion, the irish guy from TNG ended up there somehow and something with a cult. I miss a lot of these episodes as you all can see.
5. Voyager - Another one for the Genxers, with a much younger crew that got in so much trouble, got ****** so many times a captain that have balls of steel if she were a man. CPT Janeway, Tuvok, the anoying Neelix, the very sexy Seven of Nine, the Borg, a new species that wup the Borg's asses, one Q commits suicide,the Q have a civil war, Q wants to marry Janeway, Q has a baby Q, all tis and more happens in the crew seven year trip throught the dangerous Delta Quadrant.
